Contracts are a scam. I’ll never sign any long-term contract ever again for anything.
I recently got out of a long term 12 month rental contract. Leading up to the contract ending, I was in a rush and hurry to get it all over with. I hated being locked into that contract because I couldn’t travel around and explore different parts of Vietnam.
I need freedom like I need water.
The only real reason to sign a 12 month housing contract is if your job is nearby and you have to stay put for 12 months or longer.
Think about how you step out into the world and how many scams there are. So many things meant to lock you in. Entrap you. Take advantage of you. Just say FUCK NO.
Most people follow what everyone else does and never find out that there’s alternative ways of living.
Housing is meant to lock you in and profit someone else. Is buying a home a smart thing to do? Some say the maintenance costs, taxes, HOA fees, and upkeep outweigh the actual benefit of owning a home. Of course if you buy a home and then 5 or 10 years later is quadruples in value, then you win.
Freedom of movement. Why stay in one place?
The thing about being a man that women don’t understand is we love to exercise our freedom. Freedom of movement. Freedom of doing what we want to do. Women want stability and a man that is building something and providing safety. So women don’t really understand mens’ psychological need for freedom.
